    * Duties and Responsibilities - Driving KPI Metrics & Projects for below businesses: o Unsecured Professional Loans o Medical Equipment Finance o Prospect Salaried Loans o Prospect Personal Loans Design execute and manage Capability developments & go live within timelines for all business segments Launch of Initiatives Products which directly contribute to business volume Intense focus on achieving both short term and long-term goals Champion the product and process management of BFL and ensure right people are actively engaged in the right discussion to execute product programs Should be able to drive and execute an agenda in a fluid environment Assume increasing responsibilities and are not constrained by boundaries Challenge the status quo promote the culture of deep and wide thinking and create a high performing team 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) Cross functions stakeholder management for project delivery. Living up to expectations of Sales Team for all businesses; understanding gaps & resolution. Multi-tasking as per business priorities from time to time. Conflict management between teams. 5. DECISIONS (Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end) Extensive research and evaluate multiple initiatives to suit business DNA. Prioritization of deliverables and implementation through relentless Rigour. Decisioning on Business Risk Metrics & policy. 6. INTERACTIONS (Key working relationships a job holder needs to have INSIDE and OUTSIDE the company to accomplish the job) Internal Clients Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work COE Team for Project deliverables. HR Risk Credit IT Collections Marketing Operations & Compliance Team on business interventions. Sales Team for support. External Clients Roles you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day work HDFC & BAGIC Team for Bundled & Non-Bundled Insurance products. CPP for Value-added service products. Team Lease team for Headcount allocation and Off role management. ATPL for Call centre management. 7.
