Responsible for maximizing Premium generation by achieving sales target assigned to him/her thus ensuring profitability of Insurance business. Maximization of business through selling of motor insurance & health insurance by using agency channel.Key Responsibilities Area1. Agent RecruitmentDevelop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipeline.Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring.2. Agent DevelopmentEnsure product knowledge by ways of trainingDevelopment of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits.Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals.Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same3.
