Job Description

Sourcing GDA (General Duty Attendant) and Nursing staff for fulfilling the client requirements.
To source and manage vendors for building up a strong staff database
Bulk hiring of GDAs and nurses to supply to the clients
Handling the concerns and complaints of the patients.
To book the appointments for the clients && maintain the planner accordingly.
Maintain and update records related to patients, their appointments, bills etc.
To visit the clients and start their services.
Administrative liaison with patients, patient families, and customers.
Represent department for developmental programs in coordination with Sales && Marketing team.
To onboard the staff into the CRM of the organization
To manage staff documentation
