Job Description

As we continue to innovate and adapt to the fast-paced digital media landscape, we are seeking a dynamic, creative, and strategic individual to lead our UI/UX Design team.Role OverviewAs a UX Researcher at HT Digital Streams, you will play a crucial role in understanding user needs and preferences to enhance the overall user experience of our digital products.Key Responsibilities: Conduct user research to identify user needs, pain points, and preferences through various qualitative and quantitative research methods. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and developers to define user requirements and translate them into actionable design solutions. Plan and execute user testing sessions to gather feedback on prototypes and existing products, and iterate. on designs based on user insights. Analyse research findings and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders to drive product improvements. Stay updated with the latest UX/UI design principles and industry trends to ensure our digital products are user-friendly and visually appealing. Work closely with the design team to create wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes that align with user needs and business goals. Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry best practices and benchmark our products against competitors.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, UX Design, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design principles and user experience research. Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and data analysis. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret research findings and translate them into actionable design recommendations. Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
