You will work closely with a global team of designers, developers and others, as well as colleagues in our design community of practice and the broader Technology organizationIn short, we are looking for someone who wants to: Create visual design for concepts and products Collaborate with UX designers on creating detailed UI designs Create new assets (icons, components, etc) in collaboration with brand and design system team Support our UI developers on implementation of designs Work with our Design System team to ensure consistency and alignment Be able to shape the design approach appropriately for the context at hand Confidently and defensibly be able to present your direction Believe in an evidence-based, continuous improvement culture Work independently with stakeholders while liaising and reviewing with fellow designersShow More We are looking forWe imagine you have the following qualifications: MA/MSc in Digital Design or similar A collaborative mindset, open to feedback Fluency in the English language, both verbal and in writing Practical awareness of creating accessible designs Experience working in complex organizations is a plus Ability to build strong relationships and recognizes and incorporates the perspectives of others. Experience working in an agile development process and/or Iterative environment and an environment that is undergoing large change.
