Job Description

    Overview:We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to fill the role of Vice President - Service Delivery in our dynamic BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing service delivery operations, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, and driving desired operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:
    1. 1. Leadership and Strategy:
    - Provide visionary leadership to the service delivery team, aligning strategies with overall business and client objectives.- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
    1. Client Relationship Management:
    - Foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded.- Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving requirements and contribute to the development of tailored solutions.
    1. Operational Excellence:
    - Implement best practices to optimize service delivery processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
    1. Team Management:
    - Lead a high-performing service delivery team, providing guidance, mentoring, and fostering a positive work environment.- Develop and execute training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team.
    1. Quality Assurance & Compliance Management:
    - Implement and maintain robust quality assurance processes to uphold service delivery standards.- Regularly review and refine quality metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
    1. 6. Financial Management:
