Job Description

  1. Good command of spoken and written English.
  2. An ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students, and other public members of all age groups and social backgrounds.
  3. A friendly personality and patience.
  4. Comfortable telephone manner.
  5. Result-oriented.
Visa consultant/counsellor performs some or all of the following duties:
  1. Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  2. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  3. Advise clients on the immigration process and other employment-related issues
  4. Counsel the clients and determine the interest, aptitude and abilities
  5. The conduct Counseling session is mainly being by email, telephone or face-to face counseling.
  6. To provide regular follow up on inquiries received.
  7. Providing assistance for rehabilitation and technical evaluation for the appropriate countries.
  8. Provide consulting services to customers simultaneously helping in career planning.
  9. Maintain the database for the clients interested in immigration.
