Job Description

    Capri Global Capital Ltd.is hiring Credit & Operation Manager/ Branch Credit Manager/ Area Credit Manager / Cluster Credit Manager
    • Evaluate creditworthiness of borrows to render a credit decision.
    • Approve or reject residential loans within limited authority.
    • Ensure loan as submitted appears to meet Internal Policy, authorities and government guidelines.
    • Accurately calculate borrowers income and debt-to-income ratios based on acceptable Policy and practices.
    • Maintain communication with management on status of loans in process, ensure all tracking is keep up to date on loan status so it is clear if loans are being held up what the reasons for the holdup is.
    • Function as a role model of the companys values, acting in an ethical and professional manner always.
    • Analyze borrowers credit profile, collateral and capacity to repay the proposed mortgage obligation.
    • Analyze NPA profile and take the necessary action as needed.
    • Policy Making and recommendation of policy revision.
    • Regular training of Credit, operations and Direct sales team on the process and policy of LAP & HL.
    • Underwriting responsibility for portfolio management of LAP & HL.
