Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities1.Regular Meetings with insurer for better relationship & for timely response on quotes.2. Provide the required information & Timely response to insurer for better price3. Quotes Procurement from all the preferred insurers within the expected TAT4. Negotiate with Insurer for enhancement of revenue.5. Collating data & Quote slip preparation of Employee benefits.6. Preparation of QCR & sending the same to the sales team7. Policy Placement (Chq Collection/ Held cover Letter/ Policy/ Brokerage & co-insurance confirmation)8. Scrutinizing the Policy document as per the final terms & Howdenizing the policy document before sending it to the client9. Complete Handover to the ops. Team in terms of policy document or any other document related to policy placement.10. Maintaining policy copy & respective documents related to the placement of the policy11. 100% support to ops. Team for SAIBA booking after policy placement.12. Maintaining quote tracker13. 100% Updation of Howden Compass14. Assistance to the accounts dept. for recovery of agreed brokerage from the respective insurer.15. Preparation & reconciliation of revenue/Premium MIS on monthly basis16. 100% support to ops. Team for SAIBA booking after policy placement.17. Maintaining quote tracker18. 100% support to Sales team for SAIBA/ Compass entries.19. Complete Handover to the Sales Team in terms of policy document or any other document related to policy placement20.
