Job Description

    Business Development Manager Qualification: B.E./MCA/M.SC.(IT)/BCA/BSC(IT) /BSC Skills: Strong selling, relationship building and oratory skill set along with an aptitude to quickly learn and adapt Experience: 6-10 years (software solution sales & logistics domain) Role Objective: An individual contributor role in mid position where person is responsible to generate new business Candidate is expected to close deals for products and offerings across defined regions for revenue generation. APAC region He/she holds the ownership for meeting sales targets to new as well as existing clients and maintaining high client satisfaction. Candidate is also expected to drive business by product & project sales, relationship management and business development across the defined region. Job Description/Responsibilities: Identifying opportunities for business development Learn the basic solution and product portfolio and should be able to handle customer interactions on possible solutions Studying and understanding client needs Managing the sales cycle Meeting and exceeding sales targets for the year from new as well as existing customers. Pipeline creation and achieving volume and quality of sale Providing market trends/directions for the territory Mapping the territory and prioritizing the customer base.
