KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES As a Senior Instructional Designer, youll utilize your command on instructional design, storyboarding and eLearning authoring tools to:1. Design and develop customized learning experiences and content2. Design and develop experience-based learning courses for business skill development3. Repurpose existing content and interview in-house experts to build training programs4. Build engaging training and videos for soft skills, sales, and marketing5. Develop measurement tools to evaluate course effectiveness and user satisfaction REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 1. Excellent skills in instructional design, ADDIE and storyboarding2. Experience with eLearning tools (e.g. Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, Premiere, Articulate)3. Ability to translate technical information for non-technical audience4.
