Job Description

1)Business DevelopmentResponsible for meeting with the sales budgetInitiate cold calls to prospects within the assigned territoryAcquire new customers from lab/hospital visits and by study customer requirementsInitiation of Customers retention measures by building on customer relationsCollect references from existing customers and create a customer pool for new business developmentResponsible to timely cater customer queries2) Distribution ManagementLiase with distribution and channel partners in fulfilling customer ordersResponsible for raising Purchase orders and IndentResponsible for various activities related to control and monitor or the orders, dispatches to the end user from the stockists3)Clarify Data ManagementUpdation of Information regarding customer visitsUpdation of Competitors informationCreation of new database and process documentationsManagement of the entire data and usage of the same for catering customers4) ComplianceLiaise with customers for IPC (Instrument Placement Contract) compliance or introduction of new assays5) OthersOrganize and assist Product Managers in conducting CMEGather insights for new product launches / competition inputs to allow decision making,
