Job Description

    Job SummaryUniversity Living helps students travelling to various countries to look for accommodation and help them throughout the booking process. The role will include talking to the students and guiding them through the process and convert the leads into a confirmed booking. This role would include the following responsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:
    • Improve the supplier portfolio by adding more accommodation providers for top Universities across the globe by understanding the Business needs.
    • Should be able to efficiently manage the contracts with the providers.
    • Onboard suppliers that provide value added services e.g., taxi, groceries, travel and banking etc.
    • Effectively monitor the lead generation process to ensure optimum utilization of the services from the new providers.
    • Ensure process documentation and cascade of the processes to the Sales team to facilitate the booking process.
    • Should be able to act quickly on the adhoc requirements.
    • Provide training to the FTEs as and when it is needed.
    • Should be able to independently create Dashboards, MBR and QBR.
    Soft Skills/Behaviors:
    • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Self-motivation to work independently and with strong work ethics.
    • Ability to work in a team, and adapt to new and evolving processes.
    • Must be flexibility with shift timings & week offs.
