JOB ACTIVITIES.Detailed knowledge, experience and understanding of the installation and design of 220VAC single phase & 480-volt three phase circuit components and wiring..Detailed knowledge, experience and understanding of the installation, operation, maintenance, programming, and configuration of PLC/ DCS and associated modules, .Detailed knowledge and understanding of the installation, operation, maintenance, and calibration of chemical process plant instrumentation (flow, level, pressure, temperature, analytics etc.). .Design, specification, and preparation of BOM for panels and components (For High and Low Voltage) for AC devices. ..Design, specification, and preparation of BOM for controllers and associated IOs in new and revamp projects and addition/modification in PLC/DCS control System and HMI graphics in existing/new projects. .Interface with and provide direction to electricians on the installation and troubleshooting of new and modified electrical equipment on site..Configure and develop process control strategies utilizing Piping and Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs). Sound knowledge of P&ID, System Architecture, Logic Development and Graphics Representation..Integrate process equipment with controller and do loop checks and continuity tests. .Identify and correct any problems that may adversely affect project delivery, plant operations or data acquisition systems..Lead the development and implementation of instrumentation standards and own Process Control network availability and reliability end to end..Provide input to team activities involved in the electrical and instrumentation design, development, integration, and commissioning of new process control systems.YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelors degree in Control and Instrumentation from an accredited institution in a technical discipline
