Job Description

Location Gurgaon.We are looking QA Specialist (Footwear)QA Specialist (Footwear) Temp role for 12 months

  • 7-15 years
  • Provide technical support and arrange training to relevant parties. Involve in product development and sample approval process.
  • Work on continuous quality improvement with the vendor and in the factories.
  • Ad. Hoc projects as assigned by Management
  • Technical and testing knowledge and skill
  • Detailed knowledge of footwear materials and related product construction
  • Knowledge in factory production and fit
  • Knowledge of Quality Management and Product Safety
  • Provide technical supports to all relevant parties during briefing, sampling and production in Pre-Production Meeting & Full Size Review Meeting.
  • Arrange training and on-going training to all relevant parties including team members, suppliers and merchandisers
  • Organize unannounced Technical Audit and perform Shadow Inspection with the vendors in the factories.
  • Involve in fit assessment of the products
  • Effective communication skills
  • Analysis and Decision making
  • High integrity and sense of rightness
  • Key stakeholder relationship maintenance and supplier base development.
  • Travel is required.
  • Certification/degree/diploma in relevant area
  • As per industry norms
