Description Required End to End Integration Test Technical Specialist for Engage and Monetize, NCC R&D team (Online Charging) Gurgaon. - will be a part of R&D test scrum team, responsible for end to end integration testing of Online Charging Product (NCC). Key responsibilities:-
• Conduct end to end integration testing with platform / application / other adjunct modules
• Work with testing team to develop integration test plans and test cases
• Create labs, install tools, do configuration s, execute test cases, monitor results
• Automate test scenarios
• Generate test summary reports for management review.
• Analyse test results and coordinate with development teams for bug fixes
• Analyse root causes of integration issues and provide corrective actions.
• Conduct job trainings and provide assistance to Junior Test Engineers as needed.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, budgeting and tracking activities.
• Provide support in project design, development and deployment activities.
• Suggest new tools and technique
• +62s to improve testing efficiency.
• Review and recommend improvements to existing test procedures.
• Reply customer queries and assist services team
Qualification:-
• Bachelor s or Master s degree (Telecom/Computers/IT) or MCA with 6 to 10+ years of relevant experience
Skills Required: Testing:
• Should have end to end integration testing experience in n-tier applications
• Understand the application, customer requirements and write end to end integration test scenario based upon the business requirement
• Expertise in test prioritisation and ability to perform the testing in given timelines.
• Experience in identification of root cause for the integration issues and helping developers in solving the issue.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to work on Applications and Systems with complex algorithmic calculations.
• Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with ability to multi-task under pressure
Technical:
• Should have exposure of Microservices, Docker, Containers, Kubernetes, Helm charts and other related areas. Working experience of tools like Jaeger, Prometheus, Elasticsearch, Kibana, Kiali, Grafana, and technologies like kafka, isito, rabbitMQ, VES, gateways, load balancer etc would be an added advantage.
• Should have experience in cloud deployment like Openstack, VMware, etc. Experience with Nokia s cloud solution like CBIS/CBAM/CBND would be an added advantage.
• Should have strong experience on Linux OS System
• Should be independent in scripting like Python, Shell. Should also be able to debug and understand the flow of existing scripts written by others.
• Should be conversant with databases especially No SQL DB like Aerospike.
• Should have knowledge of 4G Interfaces preferably OCS interfaces like Gy/Sy/Ro
• Should have knowledge of 5G Interfaces preferably NCHF interfaces like N40 and N28
• Should have good exposure of real time charging systems and Charging (OCS) Use Cases (5G and IOT uses cases would be an added advantage).
• Should have experience of integrating system with external nodes like PGW/SMF, PCRF, Routers, NMS, CDR/Billing Systems etc.
• Should have very good exposure of Protocols (HTTP/Diameter) and Charging Call Flows
• Should have knowledge of TCP, IP, HTTP/HTTP2, HTTPS (including certificates and cypher knowledge)
• Should have experience in Diameter Test Tools preferably Robot/Rammbock, Seagull
• Should have experience in REST/SOAP API Test Tools preferably Robot, jmeter, postman
• Should have exposure in finding and evaluating the new test tools and simulators.
• Should have ability to monitor system in complex scenarios
• Should have exposure and knowledge of Versioning Management Tools and Collaboration tools like Git, Gerrit, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint etc
• Should have good understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery, JENKINS pipeline
Preferred:
• Prior work experience on NOKIA 5780 DSC and/or any competitive Charging or PCRF product
• Multi-tier application testing experience: OS, Platform, Front end, Back end, DB, Network
• Any Cloud Certified. K8s.
• Automation exposure to automate Functional and Non-Functional Test Cases.
