Position : Application Level 1 - Support AnalystExperience : 6yrs- 9yrsLocation : HyderabadBudget : As per MarketRole Description The ideal candidate must have skills and experience to support applications in Treasury as part of Application Level 1 support teamDesired Anchor attributes KEY RESPONSIBILITY Lead L1 team with 24X7 shift based Treasury production and environment team Monitoring of applications and EOD batches in Production Manage Team Roaster Identify job failures and follow up with L2 team Onboarding of new team members Closely work with Customer manager, Customer L2 team Providing 1st level resolution to the users Incident resolution and release management Responsible for Project SLA adherence and compliance to incident escalation Key Skills: DESIRED SKILL 6 to 9 years of experience in supporting Banking or Capital Markets applications Should have led 10-15 members L1 team Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting EoD batches Experience working in both Unix and Windows environment is a must Should have experience in working SQL queries Should have good communication & interpersonal skills Experience in performing maintenance activities for applications Experience in Incident, Problem, change and release management process Good understanding of the incident escalation process Should be flexible in working in 24*7 rotational shifts Knowledge of Unix and Shell scripting is desired and mandatory Experience in Murex-L1 support is added advantage.,
