You will play a crucial role in defining product features, driving system architecture, and implementing best practices for a quality product. We are seeking a candidate with a strong track record of success in delivering new features and products, a passion for crafting high-quality software solutions, and exceptional technical expertise.Key Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional projects as a technical lead, ensuring successful delivery. Design and develop high-quality software solutions using Java, Python, and Web Technologies. Write clean, scalable, and performant. code, adhering to coding standards and best practices. Work in an Agile development environment, focusing on DevOps, CI/CD, and automation. Research and benchmark technology against industry standards. Mentor team members and contribute to their career development. Exert technical influence over core platform teams to increase productivity and effectiveness.Basic Qualifications: 7 years of full software development lifecycle experience. 3 years of experience in leading design or architecture of new and existing systems. 5 years of experience in spring boot/.net core, java/.net full stack development. Experience with cloud-native solutions on Azure, including Docker containers, Kubernetes, Kafka, Azure Cosmos DB, Mongo DB, CI/CD tools. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in enterprise developer experiences (IDP) and/or test automation platforms (selenium/ load runner / playwright). Published Patents and/or white papers on latest technology topics.
