Findernest is looking for a Technical Architect who can work with small development, UI, BA and QA teams to develop applications for the life sciences industry. The role requires someone good at creative thinking and problem-solving. Should be able to drive the development of products/features in a dynamic & expeditious environment. Needless to say, you need to demonstrate radical ownership, and a bias to action, work well with cross-functional teams and thrive in a very high-performance culture.Desired Skills: Has a hands-on working experience on ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, MVC 5/4.5/4.0/3.5 Has a hands-on working experience on WEB API, Web Services, JSON, XML, C#, SQL, Razor, Angular JS, React JS, Jquery, Javascript, LINQ and Entity Framework 4.0 Has an understanding of the different programming architectures - MVC, Microservices, etc. The role often requires one to be extremely hands-on, able to execute assigned modules independently while coaching junior team members on. software design, implementation and debugging Ability to work on all phases of end-to-end application development projects and work in a team, demonstrating pace, initiative and flexibility through multitasking and incremental innovations Guide teams in developing roadmaps and systems to drive product growth, then identify, plan, and execute projects to support that growth Manage one or multiple modules across a wide breadth of technologies, coordinate dependencies, and interactions with internal teams and external partners Attract, hire, retain, motivate and mentor the team Collaborate with stakeholders from across functions to keep the development team in sync with all functions and overall business objectives Good to know Azure environment, HTML 5, CSS3, and Reporting tools such as RDLC, Crystal Reports, 3rd Party Tools such as DevExpress, Kendoo, Telerik Controls Good to know open source technologies - MERN stack, ELK stack, etc.Qualification:Education background - B.Tech/M.Tech(CSE/ECE)/MCA degreeExperience in years: 15 YearsHiring Location: HyderabadInterview Process: Face-to-Face & Virtual Video,
