Job Description

    1. Competent in implementation of safety systems from Project stage to operation stage.
    2. Train all the employees on Emergency response plan and Contingency plan
    3. Keep all fire and emergency equipment s ready use and maintained.
    4. Audit the fire and emergency plan, Act as Site Emergency management system lead role in the
    5. Hazardous waste management (segregation, Receipt, Storage and Disposal) at site.
    6. Develop capability of Building ERT and Site ERT members on various aspect of emergency
    Management.
    1. Conduct role based training module for ERT members
    2. Ensure adequate members are available at site/ building, plan for selection of ERT members as
    per procedure defined
    1. Conduct battels plan every day and ensure the battel plan are conducted each building
    2. Guide Syngene multiple sites on improvement of ERCP
    3. Drive independent role of Site EMS Lead
    4. Prepare and review SOPs, work instructions, Risk assessments and Process Hazard Analysis
    5. Conduct incident investigations, inspections, and risk assessments at site
    6. Facilitate internal as well as EHS audits to monitor progress and areas of improvement
    7. EHSS Documentation including SOP s, Change controls, deviations, CAPA
    8. ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 implementation and documentation
    9. Conduct periodic mock drills based on onsite emergency plan
    ,
