Job Description

    Job Responsibilities- *Financial Record Keeping:* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.- *Bank Reconciliation:* Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.- *Financial Reporting:* Prepare and analyze financial statements, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.- *Tax Compliance:* Assist in preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.- *Budgeting and Forecasting:* Support the finance team in developing budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.- *Audit Support:* Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information.- *Financial Analysis:* Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.- *Process Improvement:* Continuously review and improve accounting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.- *Collaboration:* Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
