Do you love your work in the technology space Good, because this position will be demanding and will challenge you in the best ways possible, and we expect that if you truly love what you do, this position will enable you to do amazing things.Job Summary: To provide analyst capabilities, in order to govern data, assist in onboarding data, assist in handling tasks associated with Data Governance tool. Provide support for the assurance of metadata management for key projects.Key Responsibilities / Duties:

• Develop a solid grasp of end-to-end investment management processes, the required data to support these processes, and the data quality and delivery issues that may impact the business on an ongoing basis
• Work with Business Analysts, Data Governors to assist in onboarding data into the lake, strengthening Taxonomy, building end to end metadata lifecycle in Data Governance tool
• Work alongside data governor, business analyst to provide metadata support for key projects
• Ensure that the key data elements detailed in Data Governance tools align with the pre-defined Standards
• Build control around content captured in Data Governance tools by providing right access levels to users & handling Audit process
• Test and explore new features available in tools to recommend better usage. Identify potential issues/ bugs in Axon and report to the manager / bring up to Informatica team
• Build process flow and design documents to identify process gaps and recommend solutions
• Supervise the BAU requests, Data Request (Service Now) & Email requests to supervise status. Build periodic reports and metrics to see the trends and status
• Help in providing mentorship and training to other Invesco staff in how to access and make use of the information held within Axon
• Help to compile management reporting dashboards of data quality metrics for the organization

Work Experience / Knowledge:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Asset Management / Investment Operations will be preferred
• Experience with SQL, metadata/ data governance tools Informatica Axon, EDC, Collibra will be preferred
