Using our considerable experience and creative vision, we work on graphics, animation and functionality, alongside icons, color schemes and web infrastructure so our product range can come to life online.Join us as a Web Production Analyst on our Web Production team in India to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.What you ll achieve As a Web Production Analyst, you will design and develop web page layout, user interface graphics, icons, color schemes, the web infrastructure for new product releases and new web-hosted product offerings. You will work with subject matter owners and IT to ensure effective, updated and informative websites. This role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of Web Production and eCommerce merchandising (order code creation and discounts) for thousands of products, across North America Consumer and the Member Purchase ProgramYou will:
• Create and manage EnA & PC Order code life cycle, Hyderabad Web Production, and eCommerce Operations team.
• Master and help drive improvements for tools and processes.
• Work closely with US-based Online and Merch teams to drive to 100% quality.
• Troubleshooting issues Digital Marketing Agency, Harmony, Direct Numerical Control, and other tools used in the creation and publication of offers EnA & PC Order Codes on Dell.com.

• Good grasp of Online/eCommerce Operations with excellent project management and communication skills.
• Passion for E-Commerce
• Experience with DMA, Harmony, DNC & Domino
• Organizational agility and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently, quickly, and thoroughly under multiple deadlines
• Eye for detail and organization as well as the ability to focus on the big picture
Desirable Requirements
• B2C sales experience preferred.
• Must be flexible and possess the ability to balance the management of multiple projects simultaneously
