We are looking for a Mobile App Developer (Android) who possesses a passion for pushing mobile technologies to the limits. This Mobile app developer will work with our team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation of our mobile applications. Mobile programming works closely with other app development and technical teams.Responsibilities :Design and build advanced applications for the Mobile platformCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new featuresWork with outside data sources and APIsUnit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliabilityWork on bug fixing and improving application performance Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiencyGood communication skills and ability to work in a team environmentBe Proactive and Self Managing (Go Getter)Mobile Application Developer 2 - 4 years (Android) Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect applications to back-end services Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services using libraries Retrofit and Volley. Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices Experience working with JSON and GSON Experience with offline storage, and performance tuning Ability to design applications around natural user interfaces, such as touchKnowledge of the open-source libraries available for common tasks Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications Experience with third-party libraries and APIsProficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, SVN Familiarity with continuous integration Have published at least 1 original React Native & Android apps Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle. Experience on working with Google Locations, Gps Tracking, Geo-Fencing & Maps API. Familiarity with agile development methodology. ,
