Job Description

  • Strong programming skills on Python and Work experience as a Python Developer
  • In depth knowledge of SDLC including design, development, unit tests, BDD and automation
  • Knowledge of source control/versioning tools like Git
  • Design and development of Artificial neural network modules involving image processing after capture
  • Address and improve any technical issues, own development of unit tests and BDD
  • Collaborate well with technical leaders and architect to ensure design and quality goals are met
  • Expertise in at least one popular Python framework (like Django, Flask or Pyramid)
  • Knowledge of object-relational mapping (ORM)
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (like JavaScript and HTML5)
  • Team spirit
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Write effective, scalable code
  • Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance
  • Integrate user-facing elements into applications
  • Test and debug programs
  • Improve functionality of existing systems
  • Implement security and data protection solutions
  • Assess and prioritize feature requests
  • Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions
QualificationsOur most successful candidates will have:
  • Full working knowledge of provider credentialing and current URAC standards
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor s Degree preferred)
  • Five or more years of experience in Healthcare Operations
  • Three or more years of experience Credentialing / Re-credentialing Providers (preferred)
  • Two or more years of experience working in a Healthcare setting handling high level provider related issues
  • One or more years of experience in calling provider offices
  • Proficient level skills with MS office suite (Word and Excel)
  • Working knowledge of desk top PCs and Provider software
  • Broad understanding of Health insurance programs and HIPAA regulations
  • Experience in managing provider databases
  • Understanding of all SLAs that are in the Clients agreement; day-to-day receipts and ageing reports from the inventories
