Job Description

    Description:Site Reliability Engineering is a discipline at the client side where the team deploys, maintains, andoperates loud SaaS Products. The team works with Product Engineering,Infrastructure Engineering, DevOps, and the Customer service teams to ensure SaaS services areavailable and performant.The Cloud Support Engineer (CSE) position helps theclient with support in thepublic cloud across multiple domains. In this role, you ll be working with application engineersacross the organization to provide white glove service, technical support, and executive levelcommunications to our customers. You will support customers involved in time sensitiveincidents and manage their overall experience by collaborating closely with cloud platform users., Job Responsibilities:
      • Job responsibilities:
        • Provide world class customer service experience both technically and with soft skills.
        • Assist customers troubleshooting cloud services.
        • First point of contact for internal cloud platform users. Apply technical acumen andcustomer-facing skills to effectively represent the public cloud team.
        • Manage the lifecycle of incidents, acting as the single point of contact for the customer,impact analysis, internal stakeholder coordination and communication.
        • Implement key post escalation actions from post incident reports.
        • Follow best practices of incident response and site reliability.
        • Monitor, report and analyze KPIs, SLAs, SLOs and relevant operational data to ensurethe best internal and customer experience.
