Job Description

    • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience with 6 + years of work experience
    • Must have skills:
      • Hands-on experience in implementing data solutions on Amazon Web Services (AWS) using ETL like AWS Glue and DB like RDS, Redshift, Aurora.
      • Min of 5+ Years of exp. in SQL , Oracle, No SQL Database
      • Experience in migrating data from legacy platforms to AWS
      • Hands-on experience on Informatica is desired.
      • Experience in UNIX and/or AIX operating environment and UNIX shell scripting is required
      • Knowledge of data architecture, data warehousing, data modeling and data manipulation skills, such as in SQL, Stored Procedures, Oracle.
      • Business Driven and Test-driven development experience
      • Familiar with CI/CD and SDLC development tools such as Jenkins, Jira, Git/Stash etc.
    • Good to have skills: Python, any ETL tool, PySpark
    • Demonstration of mature design, coding, testing, and debugging skills
    • Excellent analytical, written/verbal communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, coupled with a strong work ethic
    • Ability to translate business requirements into solutions
    • Must demonstrate a strong knowledge of applications and their development throughout all phases of the SDLC
    • Must have the ability to work in a complex data environment as well as the ability to partner with the business and IT to find creative data solutions to business problems
    • Must possess the ability to work and research/resolve issues independently while sharing best practices and knowledge with colleagues and team members
    • Must be able to communicate complex issues in a crisp and concise fashion to multiple levels of management
    • Demonstrated ability to interact with technical, non-technical, and business members of the organization
