Job Description

You ll exercise your innovative idea to automated solutions with focus on customer self-service and your solutions will impact and improve operations for your colleagues and our clients. Your responsibilities will span monitoring, incident management, risk control, performance tuning, patching, upgrades and migration. And well offer feedback, coaching and mentoring all the way, helping you improve your skills and setting you up for greater opportunities within our Global Technology Infrastructure Group.-------------Qualifications -------------------------------This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:BS/BA Degree or equivalent experienceStrong critical thinking, problem solving and communication skillsStrong Performance tuning skills Query level tuning / DB tuning / Memory level tuningExpert knowledge of Oracle Database, Goldengate, Oracle RAC,Oracle ASM, Data guard, Backup & Recovery etc.Strong DBA skills and relevant working experience with Oracle Database 11g and 12c.Experience implementing high availability features ofOracleDatabase.Experience inOracleEnterprise Manager (OEM) 11g/12c/13c is a plus.Knowledge on DB Security viz. AVDF, DB Vault,OracleKey Vault, e-Wallet, TDE would be added advantage.Sharp technical troubleshooting skills.Good understanding of support processes.Ability to manage escalated technical situations & develop action plans.Ability to spot proactive services that benefit of customer.Ability to facilitate issues with Development and Support.Strong analytical skills and verbal communication skills.At JPMorgan Chase & Co. we value the unique skills of every employee, and we re building a technology organization that thrives on diversity.
