Job Description

    Warm Greetings from AXON INTERNATIONAL COACHING & CONSULTINGWe are hiring Appraisal Partner (Gold loan Appraiser) for one of our reputed clients (Hyderabad)In a nutshell:Full timeBased in Hyderabad1 - 3 years experience working in Gold Loan Appraising especially either in NBFC or Banking IndustryThe RoleObjective and Responsibilities
    • Visit customer location, convince and convert leads assigned by the company to avail gold loan products.
    • Ensure fulfilment of customers gold loan requirement
    • Verify Customer KYC as per the standard process
    • Appraise gold ornaments accurately using touch stone, acid and salt water
    • Possess in-depth app knowledge and conduct demos for customers
    • Build long-term relationship with customers for future business
    • Securely handover pouches and loan documents at storage locations
    Skills & Requirements Must haves
    • Languages - Telugu and English are a must. Other languages are an added bonus
    • Proficiency in usage of Mobile Tech and Applications
    • Two-wheeler and license for travel
    • Technical Skills - Ability to use touch stone and acid method to appraise the gold purity;
    • Ability to do stone deduction; ability to spot brittleness, sonority etc
    • Good communication and convincing skills.
    • Ensuring right valuation like capturing the right carat, proper stone deduction etc.
