This role will serve two main functions 1. Manage the assignments and daily work of 2 other resources as the lead for Coaching Team for Azure DevOps and other DevSecOps tools like Artifactory, SonarQube, Fortify 2. Responsible for the creation, maintenance and delivery of all training and coaching on Azure DevOps Code, Azure DevOps Builds, Azure DevOps Pipelines, Artifactory Binaries Artifact Repositories (Maven, Nuget, NPM), SonarQube code coverage scans and Fortify security scans as required for PepsiCo s move to Agile and DevSecOps ACCOUNTABILITIES: Manage the assignments of the 2 other CICD coaches inreagrads to meeting with teams for coaching and traning Work with management to define and hone best practices for Code (Code Reviews, Unit Testing, Branching Strategies etc) Work with management to define and hone best practices for BuildPipeline (Code coverage scans, Unit Testing Scans, Migrations, Change and Release management in Azure DevOps, Artifactory) Create training material and best practice documentation for all area of DevSecOps and ensure SharePoint Web sites are kept up to date with latest information Train both the other CICD coaches on the material and coaching needs Provide Training and Coaching of DevSecOps tools to larger projects as the SME for Code repository, Builds and Pipelines. Constantly keep up to date on the latest technologies being introduced by CTO and assisting with the Development Solutions team to integrate them the current DevSecOps tools and processes Constantly keep up to date on the latest trends in the DevOps communities and determine if and how they could be integrated into the the current DevSecOps tools and processes
QualificationsRequirements
Direct experience using Azure DevOps Code Repository, Build Tool and Pipeline tool is mandatory Experience in delivery trainingcoaching is mandatory Experience lead a small team is mandatory JavaC# coding experience desired Education Bachelors degree in IT, MIS is required Work Experience 8-12 years minimum experience in a development related role is mandatory. .
