Job Description

This role is positioned as a PepsiCo B2B EDI Integration Developer for the e-Commerce Gateway function (ECG) within the B2B ECG Integration DevSecOps team. In this capacity, this role has technicalfunctional design and customer relationship responsibilities surrounding implementation work, from both development and production support perspective. Dual role of: - Leading ECG operational support sustain team activities - Managing projects for 1 2 Pepsi business units. Working with trading partners and internal teams to design and deliver EDI projects cradle to grave 2nd level support for production issuesresolution Responsible for project delivery from requirements analysis through design and delivery Knowledge of EDI transactions pertaining to key business processes is required, and preferred knowledge of Pepsico business specifics is desired. Translating key technical issues concerns into appropriate dialog with customers and management Well adapted and ability to adhere to software lifecycle methodologies Interaction with IBM Sterling Integration and PepsiCo specific EDI system components Manage our team s customer expectations and concerns

QualificationsRequirements

BABS degree in IT 5+ years experience with EDI (ANSI X12 and UCS) 2+ years experience with IBM Sterling Integrator preferred 2+ years experience with common B2B communication methods: AS2, FTP, SFTP, FTPs, VAN 2+ years experience with PGP encryption Technical knowledge of XML, EDI, and protocol standards 5+ years experience with EDI (ANSI X12 and UCS) 2+ years experience with IBM Sterling Integrator preferred 2+ years experience with common B2B communication methods: AS2, FTP, SFTP, FTPs, VAN 2+ years experience with PGP encryption Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must Self-motivation Collaboration, partnering and facilitation skills Attention to detail and quality Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently to achieve objectives Strong trouble shooting skills Excellent project management skills Customer Service Focus
