Job Description

This role will be a member of PepsiCo s 24x7 Operations Control Center (OCC) in Hyderabad and responsible for running the OCC, along with developing monitoring solutions and dashboards. The OCC will be focusing on prevention of incidents and monitoring integrated view of critical business processes supported by multiple Managed Service Providers (MSPs). Accountabilities: Be a technical SME in developing AIOps driven solutions for the Operations Command Center (OCC) which will monitor critical business applications and processes. Be responsible for running the day-to-day operations within the OCC. Work in partnership with the Service Reliability Capability team and MSPs to provide the best solution with maximum business benefit. Point out anomalies through AIOps and help make recommendations to MSPs to improve operational stability and performance. Work towards the goal of preventing incidents to maintain business continuity and service reliability. Integrate site reliability engineering concepts to help improve stability and automate processes. Create custom alerts and dashboards relevant to business needs. Provide health and dashboard reporting to Sr. Management. Help to enhance the Event Management process in ITSM.

QualificationsRequirements

Years of Experience: 6 years of experience in IT supportoperations. 3+ years in monitoring solution and working in a Command Center. Mandatory Technical skills: Experience with AIOps driven solutions. Ability to perform quantitative analysis from gathered data. Experience in working in complexhybrid environments with monitoring and automation tools. Experience working on ITSM tools such as ServiceNow. Experience with the Service Reliability Engineering (SRE) concept. Mandatory nontechnical skills: Experience in working with multiple Managed Service Providers. Knowledge of the ITSM concept with a focus in Event Management. Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide reports for Sr. Management. Experience with Agile processes. Experience in driving prevention of incidents and providing guidance and governance to backline teams. Differentiating competencies required: Ability to deal with competing priorities while staying productive. Detail oriented and confidence in respective field. Ability to collaborate with multiple backline teams, MSPs and vendors.
