Architect,IT Infrastructure Analyst

Job Description

The IT Infrastructure Analyst provides oversight of task delivery for various components of infrastructure service solutions delivery including server build, server decommissions, virtual server build, storage, performance capacity planning, VM resizing, IT Controls and monitoring of infrastructure health. He She will coordinate with different teams in the organization to deliver the IT infrastructure related assignments deliveries. He She will initiate and maintain reporting relationships with stakeholders including team members, peers, managers, customers, vendors, and other affected departments to coordinate efforts across multiple business units and ensure continuous efficient management of assignment & deliveries; gathers input and feedback. Accountability: IT Infrastructure Analyst provides oversight of task delivery for various components of infrastructure service solutions Will coordinate with different teams in the organization to deliver the IT infrastructure related assignments Will be responsible for Weekly Status reporting: Accomplishments, Upcoming 30 day deliverable, Current Risks, Issues & Mitigation plans Role expects the person to manage execute report quarterly IT Controls & Evidences (e.g. SOX Controls) to Infosec & Controls team Will work closely with Controls Infosec team to review and modify existing controls in place

QualificationsRequirements

Years of experience: 8 or more years of technology and IT experience 5 years plus experience in project management dealing with IT, Infrastructure projects 2 years plus experience in dealing with IT Compliance Controls (e.g SOX) Mandatory technical skills required: Bachelors Degree Required (computer science, computer engineering, or information systems) Technical background with any compute platform (Windows Unix Linux) Project Management Certification is preferred SAFe Agile Certification is preferred Experience with Microsoft Project Project Plan creation and management. Knowledge & experience of dealing with IT Security Compliance Controls (e.g. SOX controls) Mandatory non technical skills required: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Project Management methodologies, practices and procedures Ability to handle multiple assignments with minimum supervision Ability to drive the agile process and culture across teams. Contributebe integral part of the team that ensures Agile methodologies are followed and continue to improve productivity. Ability to lead multiple internal and vendor teams effectively, manage deliverable and outcomes through multiple managed service providers. Strong communication and presentation skills Differentiating competencies: Technical background with any compute platform (Windows Unix Linux) SAFe Agile Certification is preferred Experience with Microsoft Project Project Plan creation and management.
