Job Description

Main Purpose Part of SAP Capability Center should be an expert in SAP financial planning and analysis(FP&A) and Experience with SAP FICO processes and Lead the Team. Able to work with business unit to develops product costing techniques, institutes cost control measures, insures timely and accurate labor, material and overhead reports, reviews allocation of overhead costs and operation cost. Able to provide financial evaluating information pertaining in forecasting, budgeting, engaging in cost reduction analysis, and reviewing operational performance and management reports. Manage and oversee the budgeting and forecasting process including effective planning, guidelines and assumptions. Manage profit and loss accounting Accountabilities 1. Take care of Value Stream specific deliverable 2. Manage demand and capacity to meet the requirements 3. SAP functional expert in financial planning and analysis 4. Managing multiple stake holders 5. End to end ownership SAP delivery and innovation work Technical Skills

Should have a strong track record of success in leading teams and driving new initiatives. A very positive attitude with innovative mindset is mandatory Passionate about working with and developing their team to create a high performing culture. Proven ability to manage and juggle competing priorities. Proven excellent communication and rapport building skills with managers and peers SAP experience and have worked within FP&A Manufacturing with FMCG space. Relevant Finance and Accounting Qualification such as CA or CMA or CFA required or relevant Bachelor degree Strong experience in automating finance business processes in finance & advance analytics. Non technical Skills Strong proponent of digital enable tools FioriRPAS4HANA
