Accountabilities: Collaborate with team members to perform research and prepare technology trend content focused on innovation focus areas including IoT, ARVR, or other technology. Lead up technology scouting efforts for specified sectors or technology focus areas including technology research, vendor scouting report, and benchmarking reports. Promote and improve processes to utilize technology scouting tools that driving awareness as well as learning of emerging technology efforts globally. Collaborate with team members and external partners to prepare technology evaluation reports with clearly articulated conclusions and recommendations Lead up efforts to ensure that proof of concept are showcased in a manner that is easy to understand for both technical and non-technical audiences. Ensure that showcased proof of concepts highlight the conclusions of what was learned and recommendations based on those conclusions. Develop the partnership ecosystem and resources that can help deliver innovative solutions for PepsiCo globally.

QualificationsRequirements

Years of Experience: 1 - 2 years of experience working in a technology innovation group or consulting on technology innovation. Minimum 1-2 years of experience building relationship with external vendors and partners. Minimum 1 - 2 years experience performing technology scouting, proof of concepts development or technology showcase efforts. Minimum 1-2 years of experience partnering closely with business teams to deliver technology solutions to solve business problems. Mandatory Technical skills: Hardware, software, or technology infrastructure development or delivery experience. Cloud experience (AWS or Azure) Technology Solution Architecture Engineering Experience Mandatory non-technical skills: Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Ability to work in uncertain and emerging environments and with smaller partners Ability to establish and build relationships with external partners Creative mindset and outside the box thinking Ability to help explain complex technology concepts in easy to understand manner. Differentiating Competency required: Ability to create video or other marketing to help share information about concepts.

PepsiCo s IT Innovation team is looking for an innovation lab manager (L09) in the Hyderabad IT hub to manage the innovation initiatives globally, focusing on the emerging technology areas such as IOT, AI, ARVR and report into the global IT innovation team to leverage the best innovation practices applied in the sector. The responsibilities of this role is to create comprehensive technology scouting, evaluation, and proof of concept showcase deliverables to drive awareness as well as learning globally.
