Job Description

    Revit experience is desirable but training will be providedAssigning stories, negotiating ratesWriting posts for social media, search-friendly headlinesEnsure that requests for proposals (RFPs) are being completed in a timely and accurate manner, and meet the clients objectives, by gathering critical information from multiple stakeholders (sales, marketing, research)Handle regular requests from the Sales Directors for mass mailings, issue mailings, editorial credits, competitive reports, and other requestsMaintain insertion orders and help maintain other critical paperwork as neededManage the client merchandising programs by communicating the deadlines and asset requirements to them, and getting this information to the project manager in marketingResponsible for ensuring client presentations are well prepared and coordinate client entertainment as neededAct as the liaison between internal departments and clients on an as needed basisSupporting the technical delivery and implementation of projects including preparing working drawings and specificationsIn reference to your job application that we have viewed on a job-site, kindly send your resume/CV to us via hidden_email
