Job Description

    As an Area Operations Head, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless and efficient functioning of operations within the designated area. This role involves overseeing file processing, payment tracking, vendor coordination, disbursement management, and maintaining compliance with company policies and processes.What you will do:Ensuring timely log-in of all files following the defined checklist Publishing the tracker for the state to provide visibility on file status Following up on and resolve log-in deviations with the sales team Regularly track Installment, Maintenance, and Documentation (IMD) payments Maintaining and highlighting gap areas in the MIS Ensuring all IMD payments are deposited on the same day or by the next working day Recording all payments accurately in the cash book or related registers Initiating and obtaining reports from vendors for all Financial Institutions (FIs) concerning customers Ensuring timely disbursement for all cases across all branches in the state Monitoring discrepancies highlighted during disbursement for resolution and prevent recurrence Ensuring error-free disbursement and accurate system data entry Ensuring all Over The Counter (OTC) and Post Dated Demand (PDD) transactions are taken and captured according to the approval matrix Ensuring timely dispatch of physical files, OTC/PDD, sanction letters, tranche documents, and property papers as per defined timelines Entering and tracking all customer service requests through the TMS system Addressing and resolving customer requests/complaints within defined timelines Ensuring timely vetting of all property papers according to defined timelines Exercising control over all courier and related costs Keeping the team updated on newly rolled-out policies and processes Conducting regular training for HUB operations Ensuring discipline within the team regarding attendance and leave Providing necessary support to the business team within policy/processes when required Keeping the team motivated and retain talent and ensuring continuous productivity from the team Maintaining strong and positive inter-personal relationships with all stakeholders Register Maintenance Ensuring all required registers, like FRFC, customer service, etc., are maintained and updated consistently Facilitating the timely closure of all open items, including internal and external audit queries Ensuring the handover of disbursement cheques post the completion of all Over The Counter (OTC) transactionsWhat you need to have:Graduate/Post Graduate qualification Minimum 7-10 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the digital housing finance sector
