Job Description

    Opening in Sales and Business Development for Hyderabad, Ahmedabad- Area Sales Manager with 5 to 10 yrs experienceand Officer - Sales & BD for Mumbai location with 2 to 5 yrs experienceThis role is responsible for steering, planning, supporting, and executing the acquisition of new customers and businesses in alignment with overarching sales and corporate objectives.The position will be required to be customer-facing, responsible for generating new customer leads through regular visits and follow-up to meet the sales objectives, convert leads/opportunities to confirmed orders, and sustain relationships with customers by establishing customer connections in unchartered markets and territories.Candidates from Analytical Contract Testing Lab ( CRO) will be preferred, targeted to pharma sectorRole & responsibilities Identifying and qualifying prospective customers through research, networking events/conferences/trade show participation, and other sales and business development. for Analytical Testing mainly for GC, Extractables and Leachables, Invitro analysis studies. Contacting potential clients and organizing meetings and giving professional sales presentations during the meetings. Providing timely service quotes to customers through proposals, as needed, and following up with contracts on proposal acceptance and finalization ensuring deal closure. Handling existing client accounts and relationships working closely with the existing clients and looking for cross-selling opportunities to increase sales volume. Generate new business opportunities to fuel our growth in the analytical testing part. Growing and managing a robust opportunity pipeline (adding contacts, sending emails, strategic outreach) and following up on marketing qualified leads. Work closely with the Sales support team to drive opportunities for successful closures. Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business. Report monthly on financial targets and sales and business development metrics Understand target customers business needs, help in developing proposals and accurately articulate it.Preferred candidate profile Bachelors /Master s Degree (MSc / MPharm) and Business Administration (MBA) - Sales/marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience,
