    Achievement of volume and value objectives along with achievement of key productsobjectives for both primary and secondary numbers from the assigned territory of Mumbai.The territory comprises of Key Accounts , Corporate Accounts and Mid-Size Hospitals .Successful launch of new products by right execution and implementation of the strategiesin the area.Ensuring periodic validation and maintenance of customer/account data . Share thosedetails with the supervisor based on the timeline set by the organization .Maintain Core costumer relationship to ensure continuation of business.Ensuring implementation of promotional strategies & utilization of inputs while keepingHSIL policies in mind. Focus on the customer engagement activities like education programsfor the customers like Drs, Nursing Dept , Purchase Dept and also Channel network.Ensure effective distribution by proper channel management. Appoint the new channelpartners in the territory based on the need of. the territory . Also ensure the channelcompliance towards HSIL policies which should be completely adhered.Liaisoning with the Channel Partners , Supply Chain and Finance dept to ensure smoothsupply .
