Job Description

    Management Trainee, Fraud PreventionWe are looking for professionals with Fraud prevention proven ability and have a good understanding of upstream and downstream of OTC processes Responsibilities
    • Investigate new accounts/ customers and identify potential fraud thru thorough research and investigation
    • Respond to email /phone queries related to fraud verification
    • Research and analyze the fraud related deductions/ chargebacks in ERP
    • Swift follow up with various departments to avoid billing and cancel orders in case a fraud is identified
    • Find opportunities and recommend solutions for process and automation improvements
    • Daily reporting of individual portfolios to track and supervise the fraud identified
    • Implement fraud prevention strategy to prevent past due related to fraud and resolve issues in a manner to expedite all cases in order to avoid any adverse customer impact
    • Work as a phenomenal teammate to process any Adhoc request in a timely manner.
    • Deliver quality customer service by researching and responding to all internal & external partners inquiries quickly, optimal and expertly.
    • Call out problems to senior staff members and or management as appropriate.
    Qualifications we seek in you Minimum qualifications
    • Any Graduate
    • Strong Communication Skills (verbal and written)
    • High Energy level
    • Should be open to work in 24/7 rotational shifts (incl. rotating week offs)
    Preferred qualifications
    • Good customer handling skills
