*Develop project plans, in collaboration with stakeholders, to execute HR technology/process improvement projects, distributes work among team members, sets expectations, and relentlessly drives to deliver projects with excellence, on time and on budget Develop project charter: build project plan outlining scope, objectives, deliverables, dependencies, resource requirements, and timelinesResponsible for the operational aspects of ongoing projects including schedule management and status reports. Maintains project risks, issues, actions and mitigation plans. Monitor project milestone completion; identifies process and operational roadblocks; owns and consults solution development with stakeholders and escalates critical decisions to reach alignment.Continually explores opportunities for HR process improvements. Investigate and synthesize ways to improve existing processes and fix pain points through automation, streamlining, etc. Conduct process discovery workshops, where necessary to understand current state processes, variance and drivers. Act as an ambassador and change agent to build and sustain a culture of continuous improvementEstablishes and maintains effective relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders and team members.Develops effective change management strategies to mitigate risk and ensure project success. Ensures the change management strategy incorporates all stakeholders of process or system changes, *Qualifications:2 - 5 years of increasingly responsible project management experience to include creating and managing project governance (project plans, documenting meeting notes, project risk/issue identification and mitigation) Experience supporting process improvement projects with proven record of increasing operational efficiency. Proficient in continuous improvement and/or automation tools and techniques.Experience working with cross-functional partners throughout a project or implementation lifecycle Experience working autonomously with proper time management and multi-tasking experience across concurrent priority projects Experience working across various levels of the organization while building trust and fostering collaborationDemonstrated interpersonal, written, and oral communication, facilitation, and presentation skills including English proficiency. Advanced proficiency level working with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio or other process mapping software)HR Operations experience preferred: Experience designing and implementing HR practices that improve organizational capability and effectiveness
