-Supports effective GxP Compliance and/or Audit activities, operations and systems to ensure compliance of business areas with the Novartis Quality Manual and Policies and all relevant GxP, legal and regulatory requirements, and through internal audits, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and KQIs (Key Quality Indicators). -Supports the preparation and management of external and corporate audits and Health Authority inspections. Minimum requirements Education: Pharmaceutical/ Chemical/ Biological area, with Quality Background within Pharmaceutical Industry. Good organizational and communication skills. Languages: Fluent oral and written English, knowledge in other languages is desirable Experience: Min. 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry, particularly within manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, technical development. Excellent knowledge of computer systems (MS office package, esp. Word, Access, Excel). Good project management, facilitation and organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently. Flexibility and accuracy under time pressure. Good analytical skills,
