This role is responsible for supporting the Supplier Labor Management strategy, implementation and managing the operations program office for AMESA/APAC. In addition, this position is expected to manage the IT supplier base within these sectors, deliver and track financial, performance benefits and commitments against program objectives Accountabilities: Responsible for supporting external labor management strategy for the sector in partnership with sector CIO teams Partner in the expansion and implementation of the program, Fieldglass tool for countries within AMESA, APAC, leading a cross functional team across IT, Finance, Tax, Procurement and implementation partners - Responsible for setting up the operations of Managed Service Provider (MSP) program management office for ongoing operations and drive service improvements - Responsible to deliver, track and report Financial commitments and Productivity to IT ExComm (Global and Sector) - Develop market analytics to understand evolving trends with regards IT external labor within the sector/countries - Responsible for executing quarterly audits on the program operations to ensure compliance to Global Control Standards . (execute) - Responsible for the enrollment of IT supply into the program within sectors/countries, partner with procurement to plan/inform/execute tactics to meet enrollment targets - Lead continuous improvement efforts within the program working cross functionally across IT, Finance, Tax, Procurement and implementation partners by adopting automation, process improvement/elimination and dashboarding/insight Qualifications/Requirements Years of Experience Bachelor s Degree with 3-5 years of experience within or interacting with IT or Master s Degree with 2-3 Years of Experience Ability to interact with key stakeholders and communicate persuasively in a multi-functional environment 3-5 years demonstrated experience working with complex global commercial IT contracts and outsourcing constructs and agreements 3-5 years demonstrated experience providing support to global Information Technology groups and organizations 3-5 years demonstrated experience with supplier and/or client relationship management Mandatory technical skills: Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines through excellent time management and strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with little direction Professional image and adherence to standards consistent with company policies and procedures Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent MS Office skills, in particular Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Ability to take instructions readily and to formulate work plans that will provide the best results to achieve the intended goals Good judgment and strong decision-making ability Mandatory non-technical skills : Excellent MS office skills including Excel, Power Point and Word - Core Competencies: Strategy and Business Analysis Supplier Relationship Contract management experience Leadership and communication skills: Strong written and verbal communications skills Results-oriented with sense of urgency in working in a fast paced environment; ability to juggle multiple priorities Ability to take ownership and independently drive progress in a matrixed organization.
