The ideal candidate must have a proven record of managing high volume of data and an exceptional level of accuracy.We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Recruiting Services organization in Hyderabad location. Recruiting Services supports Amazon Talent Acquisition organizations with all administrative activities and recruiting coordination, globally.Responsibilities include: Handle Global scheduling and non-scheduling activities like Application screening, comparison and validation of profiles on different Recruiting services tool. Come up with process improvement ideas and participate in continuous improvement/Kaizen projects Maintain highest level of quality and improving customer experience Address customers queries within agreed SLA s Able to work on critical processes which needs dive deep and attention to details Passion towards meeting KPI s and demonstrates high level of ownership. Should be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Providing floor support basis business requirement, Basic Qualifications: Graduate Degree in any discipline Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power point, etc.) Strong verbal and written communication skills Flexible to work in 24/7 shifts in voice and Non voice environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience/Knowledge of recruiting life cycle Ability to serve multiple customers (Stake holders, Project/Transition managers & Program team) Ability to identify and resolve issues independently.
