Job Description

    Should have at least 10 years of hands-on experience in development and data management processes (Conversion / Conflation / Maintenance / Migration)Should possess good domain understanding of Mechanical and Electrical Design and Drafting/ Analysis/ Manufacturing Engineering/ After Market and Technical Publications for Product/ Plant Engineering. Good understanding of the way CAD/CAM/CAE tools work.Demonstrable experience to be able to assess / refine data management processesShould possess good development experience, analytical and problem solving skillsShould have travelled to customer locations and be able to conduct technical workshops / requirement gathering sessionsDemonstrable experience inDefining project execution process or solution framework for the various data management projects (Conversion / Conflation / Maintenance / Migration)carry out estimations in terms of schedule and effortsDevelopment of resource plansShould have implement projects using Agile Methodologies,Should be able to apply Design ThinkingVery good oral and written communication skills. Especially should be able to partner with customers and walk them thru the processes.Strong collaborator and go getter with high level of ownershipShould be able to work across different time-zones (Either early morning with Australia or late evening with US Pacific time zone)Should be based in Hyderabad, IndiaBe able to travel for project discussions, as needed (up to 10% time)Skills & ExperienceAgile Methodologies, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Auditing, Automation in Application Development, Big Data, Business, Business Operations, Communication, Company Policies, Design Thinking, Digital Development, IT Automation, Machine Learning, Management Reporting, People Management, RPA Automation Implementation,
