Who will collaborate with support teams to understand technical steps and operational procedure to develop new automations and maintain them according to it s life-cycle. Should be able to learn new framework quickly and work with the team as a unit (Dev Factory). Responsibilities Apply good programming practice techniques to develop robust solutions utilizing the Shell / Arago. Work with account SMEs and gather details to improve automation Drive internal improvement initiatives for automation practice to improve quality and efficiency of automations Provide best practice while designing solutions and developing at platform and code level Deploy update sets and Unit Testing Skills Expertise in supporting Operation System (Windows / Linux) Expertise in supporting Database products (MS SQL / Oracle) Expertise in Java Script, BASH Scripting, Windows PowerShell Knowledge in YAML / XML and JSON format Knowledge in ITIL processes - Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Configuration Management Moderately strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work within a team and continually provide results Knowledge on Experience with Agile MethodologyApply now,
