This role will also be responsible for creating and managing the overarching data strategy, achieving alignment with team and organizational goals, identifying new opportunities and delivering material impact towards all communication, KPIs and measurement activity.What You will doDesigning, developing and modifying data infrastructure to accelerate the process of data analysis and reportingOnboarding and cataloging all new and existing data sources for greater transparency, efficiency and value generationDeveloping standards of operation and policies when handling and archiving dataLeading data validation audits and periodic validation exercises to ensure accurate analysis and reportingOverseeing the integration of new technologies and data initiatives into standards and structuresManage data vendor relationships to facilitate timely delivery and troubleshooting supportHelp with budgeting and forecasting related to data sources and upcoming data needsPreferred Knowledge/ Skills: Fluent in Python & SQLProfessional experience architecting/operating solutions built on AzureProven expertise in data management and demonstrated leadership in Master Data Management, Reference Data, Metadata Management, Governance, Quality control, Information audit.Ability to work directly with architecture team, application developers and vendors to resolve data issuesIn-depth understanding of modern and relational database and information technologiesWorking knowledge of business intelligence tools like PowerBI, Tableau, Looker or similarFamiliarity with ETL (Extract-Transform-Load) concepts and data governance toolsUnderstanding the evolving communications and media ecosystem, B2B communications, and analytical techniquesUsing enterprise productivity tools including Microsoft Office Suite and Google platforms and other project management softwareStrong business and technical acumenStrong problem solving, communication and follow-up skillsAbility to navigate complexity and ambiguity, practicing resourcefulness to see things throughIdentifying and keeping up with industry leading best practices in relevant technical domainsAbout the team CommTech & Performance Comms: Wrangle and analyze data to produce intelligence and insights, guiding strategic decision-making and measuring our impact.,
