    Company DescriptionRoyal Reve Hotel is a hospitality company based in Hyderabad, India, offering exceptional service to guests in a warm and welcoming environment.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery & Pastry Chef to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role at our location in Hyderabad, with responsibility for managing the bakery and pastry program at our hotel. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating new and exciting menu items, managing inventory, maintaining quality control, and providing training and guidance to staff.Qualifications 5 years of experience in pastry and bakery operations, with demonstrated leadership experience Certification from a culinary institution or equivalent experience Extensive knowledge of pastry and baking techniques, including sourdough bread making, traditional European pastry, and cake decorating Proficient in Microsoft Office, recipe management software, and Point of Sale.
