Job Description

    Job summary Are you interested in owning and delivering on critical business goals via large scale solutions At AFT, we solve complex fulfillment problems to enable key business initiatives with high impact to Amazon s growth. Our products enable integration of different WMS solutions with the Amazon fulfillment network. Our solutions cater to the needs of multiple fast growing business in Amazon across multiple regions like NA, EU, IN. We are building new products in this space with scaling requirements to support 10s of million business operations in a day across thousands of FCs. We are looking for SDEs who are passionate to design and build large-scale, multi-tiered, distributed software solutions. The ideal candidate will lead by example and also coach other SDEs in the team on building extensible and scalable solutions to solve multi-region critical complex business features. If you are an Engineer who can take up an ambiguous business problem and own it from design to production autonomously, then this is the place for you.,
    • 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
    • 1+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.
    • Programming experience with at least one software programming language.
    • Proven industry experience in building scalable, fault tolerant systems using Service Oriented Architecture and messaging infrastructure
    • Solid knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design)
    • Data modeling on relational and NoSql databases
    • A demonstrable track record of solving complex business and technological problems independently
    • Excellent communication and analytical skills
    • Experience in fulfillment or supply chain domain
    • Experience in building multi-tenant platform and the ecosystem to enable tenant operations in a self-service way
    • A history of working in startups and fast paced environments
    • Expertise in using AWS services like Lambda, Fargate, SQS, DynamoDB, CDK, etc.
