Job Description

    Dear Applicants,We are Hiring for Business Analyst with 5-10 Years of Experience.Roles and ResponsibilitiesThe business analyst would work closely with our customers to understand their business model, requirements and translate them into software requirements document.Lead the requirement gathering, functional design and business analysis for IT projects.Prepare and deliver comprehensive functional specifications based on thorough analysis of business requirements for bespoke client solutions.Functional SkillsCandidate should be good at analyzing customer needs in terms of business objectives and requirements.Should be good at drafting Software Requirements Specification documents (FRS / BRDs) and also writing user stories and epicsKnow-how of wireframing / information architecting / other visual requirement representation skill would be definite plus.Should be able to present and articulate product features, benefits, and overall solutionsComfortable with communicating with foreign customers and getting Requirement & business from them.Good at identifying explicit and implicit features of a business requirement.Should be able to quickly understand complex requirements, break them down and have attention to detailsShould be able to manage scope, requirements, map features and set correct expectations & commitments for both the internal team and the clientExperience5 -10 years of experienceComing from a core development background is a plus.At least 3 years experience working in an agile collaborative working environments (Scrum, Kanban etc.) and JIRAAt least 2 years experience in DXPs (or at least WCMS) / eCommerce platforms.
